Tell us about you.
I’m a self-taught artist. I like to draw when I was a child. I copied animation and comic characters, after that I drawn mine. When I grow up, I dreamt to become a comic artist. This time I was under influence of manga. When I found out Digital Art which changed my mind about art. I started to learn from online tutorials and ebooks to become a concept artist/illustrator.
When was the first time you fell in love with concepting-art? And why?
When I was in university, internet was popular in my country, so I known new notion such as CG Art, Concept Art… I loved them from the first time because what they can do such as monsters, fantasy landscape… they seem to have no limit.
Where are you now?
I’m living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
What makes your works stand-out or different from other concept artist?
When I looked for my own world, I tried many styles and learn from many famous artists. And finally, I recognized that learn from nature and draw whatever you like, you will find out your own style.
What motivates you?
Artists around the world. Their works are awesome.
How does working professionally differ from being an amateur in your opinion?
Passion, focus highly, inquiring mind and always find new ways to work.

Bobby Chiu who is the biggest influence of me.

I think the first thing is understanding art foundations. Learning other artists. Using natural and cultural knowledge into your works. And important thing is draw, draw and draw.
