I’m a humble, focused person who provides my clients with top service. I love painting faces and enhancing a persons natural beauty using quality products.
I’ve been drawn to makeup ever since I was a young girl. I used to watch my grandmother apply her frosted lipstick and was intrigued by her world of beauty. With a degree in Art & Design, painting was my initial passion but after picking up Kevyn Aucoin’s first book, I found the face to be my new canvas.
In your opinion, what would be the secret ingredients to become a great make-up artist?
Having a core passion and drive are good motivators, but having the willingness and an open mind to learning new things are essential in becoming successful, in anything, not just makeup. It’s also very important to believe in yourself, that with hard work and some faith, anything is possible.

What is the most challenging part of being a make-up artist?
Being away from the ones I love and not knowing the location of my next job.
Define the word beauty.
Beauty has been given to each of us through God’s grace. The ones who let that pour into this world own the meaning of the word beauty.
If you have a long range goals in your life. What is it?
Too many! In regards to makeup, I want to continue on my career path and keep progressing.
What types of assignment/ project are you attracted the most? Why so?
Projects that allow me the freedom to create. Working with a professional team that is open to each others ideas. An uplifting environment, full of people whom I can relate to.
Who is a make-up artist that you look up to? Why so?
Rose Marie Swift for starting a company based on the truth. She’s empowering and educating women about the dangers of the cosmetic industry and leading us down the road to healthy beauty. Dr. Hauschka’s fantastic line of products.
Where do you see the industry going?
In the direction of organic beauty. Ten years ago it was extremely challenging finding a natural cosmetic line. Now you can find a substantial amount of fantastic lines such as RMS, 100% Pure, NVEY Eco and Dr. Hauschka. These lines give you results, peace of mind and are fun to work with.
What is your favorite medium/ style to work on your make-up ideas?
From natural looks to turning someone into a leading lady.
