was born in Indonesia Jakarta, and was studying computer graphic and multimedia in Lasalle international college, for me photography is like a therapy for me , because as a child im very awkward, different and quite, i cant really express my feeling clearly in words, so expressing emotion in pictures is a very good feeling, i feel like im fortunate enough to get photography as a job because im loving each minute of it, starting as a self portraits photographer and things goes from there, becoming a commercial and a contributor for some several fashion and life style magazines such as, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Herworld, Maxim, FHM, Dewi, Clara, Swanglossy.
In your opinion, what would be the secret ingredients to become a great photographer?
determination, hard works , good ethics , practice and a good sense
Where are you located?
im located in Indonesia (Jakarta)
What would be your most rewarding experience becoming a photographer so far?
the rewarding experiences is when u work is being appreciated , meet so many great people and the chances to travel
Where do you get inspirations from?
anything, i used to play RPG games a lot so i get the inspiration from there , music video , movie , comic book (manga), songs, lotsa magazines.
How do you promote/ sell/ showcase your work?
its all started from the internet actually ,i was taking a lot of self portraits and it goes from there
Define the word “beauty”
beauty is strange, abstract, uncoordinated, unique
What types of assignment/ project are you attracted the most? Why so?
im most attracted to fashion photography that is always been my passion, because in fashion photography you can explore so many things, and i just love the impact and the emotion that u get out of it
Who is a photographer that you look up to? Why so?
i got A LOT of photographer to look up to, but im very very idolized Tim Walker the photography is just magnificent.
Describe a difficult work/ project situation and how would you overcome it?
it is difficult when u are given a project that’s not very your strong point , uninspiring model or concept , i just have to do as best as i could, explore as deep as i could and hoping new ideas will pop up during the shoot
What do you think about the Internet and how it is affecting the visual communication business?
i think internet is revolutionary , internet change the world , i think internet affect the industry in a very good way , people, new artist are getting more exposures from it , for the business side its easier for client to notice and contact you
If you could turn back time, how would you do things differently?
hmm this is very tricky hahaha ,basically i wouldn’t change anything hahaha because i feel lucky enough now , but probably if i got chance i would like to further my study in photography overseas.
How does the global economic recession affecting the industry, or the least affecting your business/ work?
yes i think global economic affecting everything in every aspect ,because of it the budget and the buying power from clients is weaker

What does “photography” mean to you?
hmm it means capturing a still moment , emotion and impact

i love the sound wave , it really calms u down like theres no worries in the world
