- Acknowledge your stakeholders and list them in order of their importance. Understand what is expected from each stakeholder.
- What is your strengths? Why do your customers prefer your products or services?
- Know your competitors. Is there a competitor that you admire most? If so, why?
- How do you promote and showcase your products and services?
- What are the trends and changes that affect your industry?
- Where will you be in five years? In ten years? Define your short term and long term goals.
- How do you measure success?
- What are the potential challenges to the success of your products or services?
- If you could communicate a single message about your company, what would it be?
